A Lovely Supper Dish
Ingredients
French Bread, Garlic Cloves, Vine Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Basil Leaves, Perthshire Preserves Orange & Whisky Marmalade, Rocket
Method
Cut French Bread on the angle into 1 inch slices. Drizzle each slice with Olive Oil, then rub each slice of Bread with a Clove of Garlic. Finely chop the Tomatoes and place on top of the Bread. Now add a slice of Goats Cheese and top with Perthshire Preserves Whisky Marmalade. Pop into the oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for approx 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and become gooey. Serve on a bed of fresh Rocket and drizzle with a few drops Balsamic Vinegar. Top with a couple of Basil Leaves.
