1 Home-made Fatless Sponge Cake (3 egg) (Square is easiest)
300ml Double Cream
300ml Marscapone Cheese
3Tbsp Perthshire Preserves Silver Medal Winning Double Espresso Ale Marmalade
2 cups Espresso Coffee
Grated Chocolate
Cocoa Powder
Beat the cream & marscapone together. Mix the Double Espresso Marmalade and espresso coffee together. Place half the cake in the serving dish & pour over half of the coffee mixture. Spread with half the cream mixture. Repeat. Once the dish is assembled sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa powder.
