Ingredients: freshly squeezed lemons, lemon zest, unsalted butter, sugar and pasteurised eggs.
We are pleased to supply this to Gleneagles Hotel, served with a cream tea and a full afternoon tea
As well as having it on toast it is also rather good in a home made meringue.
