we were proud to win a Silver medal at the Marmalade Awards in 2014. The Category was a marmalade to eat with savoury (sausages). I often use this to glaze a chicken. I know some customers eat it with fishcakes and also put it with cheese. It is not too hot for your toast in the the morning
