our unique wild garlic jelly is a perfect accompaniment to proper pork pie, cheese especially mild cheeses which might not stand up to a chutney. Also perfect with pork or lamb chops or roasted.
Iain came up with the recipe when we had to stop making wild garlic pesto. (we had tons of it in the freezer) We now dry the wild garlic & make a powder which gives the jelly a real punch of wild garlic whilst having a sweet afternote.
