Ginger Curd

Description

Lovely zingy ginger curd is now a firm favourite with farmer’s market customers with finely chopped stem ginger for a little extra heat!

Ingredients: pasteurised eggs (EGG), sugar, lemon juice, butter (MILK), fresh root ginger, stem ginger

We don’t recommend that Curds are purchased as part of a gift pack as they must be refrigerated on delivery. They are dispatched with icepacks to keep them cool in transit
