Soo looking forward to coming back to the Fife show.  We missed all larger events in 2020 and 2021 so are excited about returning this year.  As it is the Queen’s platinum jubilee at the beginning of June we will have lots of lovely curds for you to choose from for your platinum trifle – I will have recipes with each jar purchased.   Spring is our favourite time of year. The swallows have arrived from Africa, the Geese have departed and the Gorse Flowers are in now full bloom.  The Wild Garlic blows gently in the Spring air casting its aroma along the country lanes.  It is a time of renewal and to look forward to a summer of warmth and carefree days. We use both gorse flowers and Wild Garlic leaves to make our very popular Spring jellies. The Gorse is fabulous with a soft Scottish cheese and can be substituted for honey in many recipes.
